Iconic  1970s Vuokko Mod vintage 100% cotton shirt dress or coat dress in a pale blue and white pinstripes print. The shape is slightly A-line, with a pleated back and side seam pockets. Unlined.  Part of a collection that is being sent to me from Finland. Though marked small it may fit a little larger size as the measurements show.
